1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of the website https://bodyfitmen.com and the sale of products offered under the BodyFit™ brand.
Any order placed on the website implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
These terms apply exclusively to sales made to consumers located in the United Kingdom, via the website.

2. Access to the Site
The website https://bodyfitmen.com is accessible to any user with an internet connection.
All costs related to accessing the site (computer equipment, internet connection, etc.) remain the responsibility of the user.
The site publisher reserves the right to suspend or interrupt access to the site, in particular for maintenance operations or in the event of a technical issue.
3. Products
The site offers for sale men's compression garments designed to enhance silhouette, posture and confidence.
The essential characteristics of the products are set out on the product pages of the site.
Photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes and may show minor differences from the product delivered, without affecting the product's essential characteristics.
4. Orders
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their basket.
The order is deemed definitively confirmed once:
- the basket has been validated
- the present terms have been accepted
- full payment for the order has been made
An order confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with a customer or suspected fraud.
5. Prices
Product prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, in accordance with UK tax legislation.
Delivery costs are shown at the time of ordering.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with products invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is confirmed.
6. Payment
Payment for orders is made online via the payment methods offered by the Shopify Payments platform.
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
Transactions are secured by the payment providers used by the platform.
7. Delivery
Orders are delivered within the United Kingdom.
Products are dispatched by our logistics partners.
Estimated delivery times are 10 to 14 working days from the date of order confirmation.
These timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary depending on logistical conditions or carriers.
In the event of a delivery issue, the customer is invited to contact our customer service team via the contact form available on the site.
8. Right of Cancellation
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of cancellation.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Statutory Rights and Guarantees
