1. Scope
These Sales Terms & Conditions govern all sales made through the website https://bodyfitmen.com.
Any order placed on the website implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
These terms apply exclusively to sales made to consumers located in the United Kingdom.

2. Products
The site offers for sale men's compression garments designed to enhance silhouette, posture and confidence.
The essential characteristics of the products are described on the product pages of the site.
Photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor differences may exist without altering the product's essential characteristics.
3. Prices
Product prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, in accordance with UK tax legislation.
Delivery costs are shown at the time of order confirmation.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their basket.
The order is deemed confirmed once:
- the basket has been confirmed
- the present terms have been accepted
- full payment for the order has been made
A confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer after the order is confirmed.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with a customer or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
Payments are made online via the payment methods offered by the Shopify Payments platform.
Transactions are secured by the payment providers used by the platform.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered within the United Kingdom.
Products are dispatched by our logistics partners.
Estimated delivery times are 10 to 14 working days from the date of order confirmation.
These timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary depending on logistical conditions or carriers.

7. Right of Cancellation
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of cancellation.
The procedures for exercising this right are set out in the Returns and Refund Policy available on the site.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Statutory Rights and Guarantees
Products sold benefit from the statutory guarantees provided for by UK consumer law, including:
- The Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires that goods be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described
- The right to a refund, repair or replacement in the event of a defective product
Nothing in these terms affects the customer's statutory rights.
9. Liability

The seller's liability cannot be engaged in the event of delays or delivery issues attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the seller's liability where such limitation or exclusion would be unlawful under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements on the site (texts, images, design, logo and content) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited.
11. Personal Data
Personal information collected when placing orders is used to process and manage purchases.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Sales Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Consumers may also be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme approved under UK regulations, or the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In the absence of an amicable settlement, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
